1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Allied Law Associates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.

2. Services Provided

Allied Law Associates provides:

• Legal consultancy services
• Tax advisory and compliance services
• Company registration and corporate services
• Intellectual property services
• SECP compliance services
• Legal audits and due diligence
• Real estate legal services
• POS systems and business software solutions

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay fees as agreed and on time
• Cooperate in good faith with our services
• Inform us of any material changes affecting your matter
• Maintain confidentiality of privileged communications

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are based on the nature and complexity of services required
• Payment terms will be specified in our engagement letter
• Late payment may result in suspension of services
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• No refund for services already rendered unless specified otherwise

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Pakistani law and professional regulations. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damages arising from client's failure to follow our advice
• Changes in law or regulation after advice is given

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information as required by:

• Legal professional privilege under Pakistani law
• Pakistan Bar Council rules and regulations
• Professional ethics and standards

7. Termination

Either party may terminate our services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client remains liable for fees incurred up to termination date
• We will return client documents and property
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
