1. Legal and Consultancy Services
Important Note:
Legal and consultancy services are professional services that cannot be "returned" once rendered. This policy outlines specific circumstances where refunds may be considered.
Refund Eligibility for Legal Services:
- Service Not Initiated: Full refund if we haven't begun work on your matter
- Inability to Perform: Refund if we cannot provide the agreed services due to conflicts of interest or other professional constraints
- Overcharge: Refund of any amounts paid in excess of agreed fees
- Duplicate Payment: Immediate refund of any duplicate or erroneous payments
No Refund Scenarios:
- Services already rendered or work completed
- Client dissatisfaction with legal outcomes beyond our control
- Changes in law or regulations after advice is given
- Client's decision to discontinue services mid-process
2. POS Systems and Software Products
POS System Refunds:
- 7-Day Money Back: Full refund if system doesn't meet specifications within 7 days of delivery
- Defective Products: Replacement or refund for manufacturing defects
- Installation Issues: Refund if we cannot successfully install the system
Software License Refunds:
- 30-day trial period with money-back guarantee for annual licenses
- No refund for monthly subscriptions after the billing cycle
- No refund for customized software solutions
3. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact us within the applicable refund period
- Provide your invoice number and reason for refund request
- Submit any required documentation
- Allow 5-10 business days for review
- Approved refunds processed within 15 business days
Refund Methods:
- Bank transfer to original payment account
- Cash refund for cash payments (in office only)
- Adjustment against future services (where applicable)
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be considered:
- When services are partially completed
- For unused portions of prepaid service packages
- Administrative fees may be deducted (maximum 10% of payment)
5. Exceptions and Special Cases
- Emergency legal services: No refund due to urgent nature
- Court filing fees: Non-refundable third-party costs
- Government registration fees: Non-refundable statutory fees
- Travel expenses: Non-refundable if incurred for client work
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision:
- Request a review by senior partner
- Mediation through Pakistan Bar Council (for legal services)
- Consumer protection forums (for product issues)
- Civil courts as last resort
